One thing that is guaranteed when I get new gear is that I will spend lots of time experimenting, my creativity taking over. Just thinking about the possibilities gets me excited! The lensbaby is no exception – this is a fun lens, one that I am enjoying and still learning. One thing that I’ve noticed with this lens is that it’s all about the sweet spot.
And because I love to collect little treasuries from nature and bring them in…….
All images in this post taken with my lensbaby.
what a cool effect! and those pinecones are so festive. i would love to get a bowl of them in my room.
Ironically, I collected a few tiny pine cones yesterday for an upcoming project. I love how you’ve captured yours!
Such calming pictures..I have the Lensbaby Composer and I am so bad at pulling it out. Some of my fave shots are with the pinhole optic-I get my kids to look out window on nice bright day and then take the shot. Ethereal. Happy Holidays!
They are gorgeous pictures, I really like how they turned out

Beautiful Lensbaby images, Azzari! You’ve really got the hang of it so fast. Wishing you and your family a lovely, festive week before Christmas! xo – g
i’m so new at photography I hadn’t heard about the lensbaby! so would you mind sharing which one would be a starter lens for a beginning photographer?
Thanks, Georgianna! I’m still trying to get the hang of it!
Christine, I’m starting out with the lensbaby composer, but there are so many to try. I’ll send you and e-mail!
